CIS Research Launches New Digital Community Outreach Strategy

Clinical Investigation Specialists, Inc. is pleased to announce a new digital community outreach strategy leveraging social media.

CIS Research's Marketing team created new company social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube earlier this year after devising a strategic plan for increased reach and brand awareness online. "While CIS Research had active accounts on Facebook and LinkedIn for many years, we've become increasingly aware of the power of newer social platforms as clinical trial recruitment channels", says Business Manger Allen Banoub, MBA. "The data says that patients are increasingly turning to social media to search for information on healthcare services in their area, with some even opting for platforms like Instagram over traditional search engines. Withholding our company presence from these spaces would be a missed opportunity to bring new names into our internal databases and onto phone calls with our recruitment team."

The company's increased mix of social posts aims to strike a careful balance between propagating brand recognition, getting the word out about new trials, and offering health education content that will resonate with the audience the Marketing team wants to attract new patients. The execution of the company social strategy reflects CIS Research's core commitment to innovation and patient-centered care:

"By leveraging our new, expanded social media presence, we can introduce ourselves to a new audience as a source of trustworthy health and wellness content. The days of mailing trial advertisements to people's mailboxes are long behind us, and this is a new way for us to be active in the communities surrounding our clinics while offering genuine and relevant social content."
